Giuseppe Di Natale

In the immediate post-war period, this surrealist practice underwent its first transformations thanks to the dialectical materialistic approach to which it was subjected first by the group of Surréalistes Révolutionnaires and then by the Danish artist Asger Jorn. This was followed in Italy by an interest in a type of “dynamic writing” and an interest in forms of controlled automatism linked to the practice of oriental calligraphy.
